Sergeant First Class  retired Allen Stewart was born in Muncie, Indiana on 25 October 1979. He enlisted into the United States Army in April 2002. He completed Basic Training and Advanced Individual training at Fort Benning, GA. He first served as a Driver and Assistant Gunner, at 2-152 in the National Guard in Bosnia. Following this assignment, he served as a Team Leader and Section Sergeant 1-16 Infantry Fort Riley, KS. He then served as an Assistant OPS NCO in the NCO Academy Hawaii. Following that assignment as the Assistant Team Leader of the 101ST Pathfinder Company. Served the Battalion Schools NCO at 1-15 Infantry at Fort Benning GA.  He started his career in USAREC March 10, 2016, with the Johnson City Recruiting Company reclassified as a 79R was assigned to Indy Metro South as a Station Commander.  Moved to MEPS, and help with the Master Trainers, finished his time out in the Muncie Recruiting Station as a Deputy.  Right now, current assignment is Recruiting Advisor in Johnson City working towards plans for retirement.

 Sergeant First Class Stewart Military education includes Warrior Leaders Course, Senior Leaders Course, Army Recruiting Course, Station Commander Course, Advance Leaders Course, Master Resiliency Course, Small Group Leader Course, Army Basic Instructor Course, Advanced Situational Awareness Course

His Military Awards includes Army Commendation Medal, (7 Oak leaf cluster) the Army Achievement Medal, (5th oak leaf cluster) the Army good conduct medal (6th Award), National Defense Service Medal, Combat Infantrymen's badge, the gold badge, Order of Saint Maurice Legionnaire Medallion.

This is my journey through the Army.   I use fitness every day to overcome the adversities of deployments, combat, and PTSD.  IF you go on this journey with me not only, will you be physically fit, you will be mentally fit.  My job is to change the way you think, and stop saying can't, and making excuses why you can't.  I will show you the way in these past 22 years in the Army i have learned many different ways how to use fitness to my everyday life as well as achieve my goals.  Now in the overseas security world, fitness is still important,  Follow this journey with me and you wont be disappointed.
