Welcome to training!!  We are going to go over all your medical history, and any medications you are taking.  We will be talking about goal setting, nutrition, and motivation.  We will talk about strength and weaknesses.  This is for me to get to know you and learn your goals and passions through all of this.  

Basic Training Bootcamp --6 week program

  • This program is setup for you to do all aspects of fitness and makes this your lifestyle instead of goal!

First Responder/Tactical Conditioning Workout Plans

4 week Plan minutes: $250

Custom Workout plan for your tactical needs for your goals and passions. Monthly assessments PT Test will be involved.   I will tailor the workout plan to what your is goal of either military, or first responder training!  We will do weekly follow-ups on nutrition and training.
